There are two types of pressing machines: Type-25 and Type 50. Type 25 DN6′ Type 50 crushes from DN32 to DN50.
When changing the process, the jaws that provide the hose bearing and the crushing knob are replaced. Jaw and crush knobs are specially manufactured according to hose dimensions.

Pneumatic Press MachineIn order to weld the fittings to the ends of the hoses, the hose ends are flattened with a crushing force of 1000 N and the hoses are prepared for the welding process.
